Endeavour Group worked with us to introduce hot food to 5 stores throughout the Gippsland region of Victoria. Their corporate team had visited us at various trade shows and had observed the success other independent BP stores were having with hot food sales utilising our equipment.
We developed a package including equipment, food product offering, packaging, and merchandising that were initially trialed at two stores, one within the busy tourist town of Cowes on Phillip Island and one within a remote roadside station at Korumburra. Utilising the Perfect Fryer and Kentucky Hot bain-marie, the hot food product range was extended from pies and sausage rolls to include fried foods such as dim sims, spring rolls, potato cakes, chicken strips, and hot chips.
We provided support and training on-site during installation, ensuring each store had a smooth transition.
The return on investment was $79,000 and $70,000 at Cowes and Korumburra respectively within the first two years. Endeavour Group has gone on to implement the package across a further 3 stores in the Gippsland region.
"By the third year of operating their Perfect Fryers at Cowes and Korumburra, Endeavour had realised a 2577% return on investment."
