IGA Breakfast Point in Sydney’s southern suburbs is run by brothers Michael and Phillip Whitehead. They purchased a Perfect Fryer in 2010, at around the time the Greater Western Sydney football team was established. They purchased their next machine in 2017.
We worked with the brothers to strategise their hot food offering for this inner Sydney locale, and settled on hot chips as a key offering. This single product type not only generated a high sales turnover in and of itself, it also catapulted their sales of cooked chickens.
A decade on and they have upgraded their machine once and continue to make great sales, simply from hot chips.
